Office Outbuilding
The customer has done most of the work themselves, but asked for our help with the window and door package. We're happy to assist with smaller aspects of projects if the customer wishes to test their own skills. In these situations, communication is key to make sure details aren't missed and everyone knows what they are taking care of.
Basement Suite
This renovation transformed an underutilized basement into a stylish, functional suite, adding both living space and long-term value to the home. The upgraded suite provides rental income potential, enhances comfort, and increases overall property appeal.
Apartment Kitchen Reno
This project showcases our ability to deliver a high-quality kitchen renovation while successfully navigating challenging strata requirements. Through clear communication and careful coordination, we kept the project compliant, on schedule, and completed to a high standard.
Small Stair Project
An oversight from the builder of this house left these customers with no easy way into their back yard. With both neighbors on the same page, we were able to build a stair system that worked for both houses and included a railing for added safety during the Winter months.
